Roberto Mayer is an accomplished supply chain executive with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as SVP of Supply Chain Operations at Hanesbrands Inc. since March 2003, Roberto has held various senior positions, including SVP Supply Chain DTC & Transformation - Global and Chief Supply Chain Officer for both Direct to Consumer & American Casualwear and Innerwear. Responsibilities have included leading a vertically integrated supply chain across the Western Hemisphere, managing operations in Asia with over 12,000 employees, and overseeing manufacturing operations in Central America and the Caribbean. Prior experience includes roles at Sara Lee Branded Apparel as Plant Manager and at Cargill as Administrative Manager in the Poultry Division. Roberto holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
