Tami Colvin

Tami Colvin is an experienced professional in organizational development and digital transformation, currently serving as the Head of Organizational Readiness & Digital Transformation in the Global IT department at Hanesbrands Inc. since November 2021. Tami has a diverse background, having previously held roles such as Head of Training at Jackrabbit Online Class Management Software and Director of Organizational Development & Communication at the Artistic Motion School of Arts & Preparatory Academy. Additional experience includes positions at the University of Phoenix and Wake Forest Baptist Health, focusing on learning and development. Tami holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas.
