Manooj is currently the Chief Operating Officer at HANetf, a leading provider of ETFs with over $2.5 billion in assets under management. Prior to their current position, Manooj worked as a Consultant at HSBC Global Asset Management. Before that, they held a prominent position at DWS Group (formerly Deutsche Asset Management) as the Head of ETFs and Index Investing, as well as the CEO of DWS Investments UK Limited. During their time at DWS Group, Manooj played a crucial role in establishing Xtrackers as the second-largest ETP provider in Europe and seventh globally. Manooj also oversaw a team managing over $175 billion in assets across various investment vehicles.

Earlier in their career, Manooj worked at Merrill Lynch, where they were responsible for the development of investment products and solutions for institutional and wholesale clients, including the launch of the first two ETFs in Europe. Manooj also gained experience at Abbey National (now Santander Bank) as a Product Development Manager and at Johnson Fry (now Legg Mason) as a Product Development and Portfolio Manager.
