Glady Ruiz

Glady Ruiz is an experienced educator with a strong background in science and language arts. Currently serving as a Science Teacher at Hanford Joint Union High School District since July 2016, Glady has previously taught at Mendota Unified School District, Sierra View Jr Academy, and St. Scholastica in Manila. The teaching experience spans various subjects including Biology, Honors Biology, AP Biology, Language Arts, Health, and Computers. Glady holds a California Preliminary Administrative Credential from Bridges to Leadership, a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cebu Doctors' University.

The Hanford Joint Union High School District (HJUHSD) is a 9-12 public school district serving the students and families of the western half of Kings County, California, in the heart of the Central San Joaquin Valley, including the cities of Hanford and Armona. Founded in 1892, HJUHSD today employs about 400 faculty and staff and serves approximately 6,000 students at five schools: Hanford High School, Hanford West High School, Sierra Pacific High School, Earl F. Johnson High School and Hanford Adult School.
