The Hanford Joint Union High School District (HJUHSD) is a 9-12 public school district serving the students and families of the western half of Kings County, California, in the heart of the Central San Joaquin Valley, including the cities of Hanford and Armona. Founded in 1892, HJUHSD today employs about 400 faculty and staff and serves approximately 6,000 students at five schools: Hanford High School, Hanford West High School, Sierra Pacific High School, Earl F.
