David Chase

David Chase, MPA has extensive work experience in executive leadership and management roles within public safety organizations. David is currently the Vice President - Safeguards, Security and Emergency Response at Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, overseeing a team of 10,000 employees. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Technical Director and Project Manager at Mission Support Alliance, where they facilitated process improvement and led the Fire Department in developing management processes.

David also has significant experience in the US Army, where they held various executive director and colonel positions. David directed multifunctional staff and led national disaster response operations as the Executive Director (Colonel) - Defense Coordinating Officer, Region VIII. David also provided oversight for the development and execution of policies and procedures in the Afghan justice system as the Executive Director - Director, National Security Justice Development. As the Chief Executive (Colonel) - Brigade Commander and Director of Emergency Services, they led a multifunctional public safety organization and implemented strategic priorities in training and resourcing.

Earlier in their career, David served as an executive director and lieutenant colonel in the US Army, where they provided executive leadership for the daily operations and training of public safety organizations and supported worldwide security operations.

David Chase, MPA holds a Bachelor's degree in General History from Brigham Young University, which they obtained between 1983 and 1989. David later pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration (M.P.A.) at the University of Nevada, Reno, completing it between 1992 and 1994. In 1997, they attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College for studies in Operational Art and Advanced Decision Making. Furthermore, in 2011 and 2012, Chase obtained a Master of Strategic Studies with a focus on Executive Leadership from The United States Army War College.
