Anita Lau, CPA, currently serves as the Head of Business Planning & Strategy for Digital Banking at Hang Seng Bank, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Anita accumulated extensive experience at EY, where from December 2012 to September 2023, positions included HK Financial Services Consulting Director and UK Banking Advisory Director, progressing from Senior Manager to Director in Financial Services Advisory. Earlier, at Accenture, Anita held various roles from Analyst to Manager between March 2004 and November 2012.
