Ka Wai Marca Ma currently serves as the Head of Sales Strategy, Planning and Analytics for Insurance at Hang Seng Bank, having joined the company in July 2015. With a strong background in business transformation, Ka Wai has played a key role in large-scale strategic programs, focusing on both project management and digital enhancements. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Coordinator at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where Ka Wai provided strategic financial analysis and advice to clients, including major corporations. Ka Wai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Hong Kong and has undergone various rotations within the Retail Banking division during a management trainee program.
