Maggie Cheung Ka Ki

Maggie Cheung is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate governance and real estate law. Currently serving as the Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance at Hang Seng Bank since April 2023, Maggie also holds a position as an Executive Committee Member. Prior to this, Maggie was the Senior Director Legal PRC and Company Secretary at Kerry Properties Limited from September 2021 to April 2023, and General Counsel and Company Secretary at Hysan Development Company Limited from October 2014 to September 2021. Maggie began a legal career at Woo Kwan Lee & Lo and further honed expertise at King & Wood Mallesons and Mayer Brown, where extensive experience in real estate joint ventures, corporate mergers, and acquisitions was developed. Academically, Maggie holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCL, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and a Professional Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from The University of Hong Kong.
