Nick Chan

Nick Chan, FRM, has a strong work background in the financial industry. Nick is currently serving as the Senior Investment Risk Manager/Deputy CRO at Hang Seng Bank, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AIA as an Associate Director in Risk and Quant Analytics from June 2020 to April 2022. Nick was also employed at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an AVP in Market Risk Quantitative Services from May 2018 to May 2020. Before that, they worked at J.P. Morgan as a Senior Associate in Market Risk Quantitative Research from August 2015 to May 2018. Lastly, they had a role as a Senior Associate in Portfolio Risk Analytics at MSCI Inc. starting in August 2008 and ending in July 2015.

Nick Chan, FRM, has a Master of Science degree in Economics from The University of Hong Kong. Nick also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance & Marketing from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Additionally, Nick completed a one-year exchange program in BBA from Cass Business School. Nick obtained the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2010.
