Tiffany Tse

Tiffany Tse is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate finance. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Hang Seng Bank since September 2018, Tiffany focuses on Real Estate Finance, Structured Finance, and Syndicated Loans, and acts as Deputy for the Head of Real Estate Finance. Previously, Tiffany was a Senior Associate in Real Estate Debt Advisory at Rothschild & Co in 2017, where responsibilities included evaluating capital structures and advising on financing strategies for various real estate investors. A background at HSBC from 2011 to 2017 encompassed roles in Infrastructure & Real Estate Finance, where Tiffany engaged in loan origination, structuring, and execution, along with fulfilling a Management Associate role in Hong Kong.
