Kaisha Gauderman

Kaisha Gauderman is a Product Design Intern at Hangtight since May 2023, where responsibilities include user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing in collaboration with various stakeholders. Previously, Kaisha completed a 700+ hour hands-on UI/UX Design program at Springboard and worked as a UI/UX Designer for a four-week redesign project at Hangtight. Early career experiences include roles as a Mental Health Crisis Worker at ColumbiaCare Services and a Skills Trainer at Oregon Community Programs, along with research assistant positions at the University of Tübingen and the University of Oregon focusing on neuroscience and autism. Kaisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oregon and has additional certifications in Metal Fabrication.
