Sofie Stener

Sofie Stener is currently serving as Stabschef at Haninge kommun, having previously held various leadership roles at Sollentuna kommun, including Avdelningschef stöd och utveckling and Enhetschef. Prior to that, Sofie worked as Planerare/utvecklare and socialarbetare at Nacka kommun, where they focused on evidence-based practices and quality assurance in social services. Sofie holds a degree in Social Work from Stockholms universitet and has completed multiple leadership and management programs throughout their career.
