Steve Wiggins

Stephen K Wiggins is an accomplished professional with a robust background in leadership and management within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for SC LAUNCH INC since April 2017 and as Board Chair for IT-oLogy since December 2008, Wiggins has demonstrated ongoing commitment to organizational governance. Previously, Wiggins held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina from May 1979 until retirement in December 2016. Wiggins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Clemson University and has furthered education at the University of Michigan.
