Caroline Conceison, MBA, serves as Executive Assistant at Coherent Research Institute Inc. since July 2023, and has been the Lead Singer for Hank Lane Music since February 2019, performing with a professional wedding and event band. Prior experience includes Director of Operations and Teaching Artist at Little Maestros from May 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities involved leading music classes for young children and performing administrative tasks. Caroline also worked as a Mac/Multimedia Technician Assistant at Marymount Manhattan College from February 2017 to May 2019, providing support for Mac IT systems and maintaining inventory. Additionally, from January 2016 to May 2018, Caroline served as a Substitute Teacher at Burgess Elementary School, focusing on pre-K, music, and special education. Caroline holds a Master of Business Administration in Music Business from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance/Musical Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College.
