Jason Ewart has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jason is currently serving as the Co-founder, Director & Executive Vice President, Capital Markets at Hank Payments, a financial technology company. Prior to this, they were a Director at Brane Digital Asset Custody, a Canadian cryptocurrency custody service provider. Jason also co-founded Uptempo, a financial and technology company, where they held the position of Co-founder, Director & Executive Vice President, Capital Markets. Before their involvement in the financial and technology sectors, Jason worked as a Director at Real Time Risk Solutions and Marathon Mortgage Corp., where they specialized in mortgage services. Jason has also served as the Vice Chair of Northumberland CFDC, a corporation providing financing and strategy assistance to entrepreneurs. Additionally, Jason Ewart has held positions as a Director and Chair of Investment Committee at Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., and as a Director at HEXO Corp., a licensed producer and distributor of medical cannabis. Furthermore, they co-founded Bucephalus Capital Corp. and served as a Director, focusing on investments in small to middle-market companies.
