Carolyn van Fleet

Carolyn Van Fleet, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Hankin Group, a full-service real estate developer, since June 2019, where Carolyn drives HR solutions to enhance organizational performance. Prior to this role, Carolyn held several key HR positions, including Human Resources Director at MacElree Harvey, LTD, a mid-sized law firm, from December 2010 to June 2019, and Director of Human Resources at Graceway Pharmaceuticals, LLC, from November 2007 to March 2010. Carolyn also served as Regional HR Director at G&K Services from February 2005 to June 2007 and as HR Business Partner/Manager at IKON Office Solutions from November 1999 to December 2004. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
