Additionally, Francis worked as a Process Engineer at Quantum Corporation from June 1998 to July 2006, contributing to projects in the European Configuration Center and PSG Repair Center. Francis holds a 2nd Class Honours degree in Electronic Manufacturing from the University of Limerick, completed in 1998.
