Melissa Caskey

Melissa Caskey has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Melissa started their career as a Receptionist at Patriot Chiropractic Center in 2008, where they efficiently managed office operations and implemented a recycling plan ahead of city regulations. Melissa then moved on to become the Salon Director at Encore Color Studio in 2011, where they excelled in providing customer service, managing day-to-day salon operations, and leading a team of 10 employees. In 2018, Melissa returned to Patriot Chiropractic Center as an Office Manager and Billing Supervisor, where they maintained confidentiality, addressed insurance inquiries, and ensured exceptional customer service. Currently, they hold the position of Procurement Specialist and Team Lead at Hanley Energy since 2022.

Melissa Caskey obtained a Data Center Essentials Certificate from Udemy Alumni in 2023. In 2021, they completed the Google Project Management Certificate through Coursera. Additionally, they attended Heritage University from 2009 to 2011 and received a license in Cosmetology.
