Jessica Harding

Jessica Harding currently serves as the Head of People and Marketing at Hanlon Industries, having transitioned to this role in February 2024. Previously, Jessica held multiple positions at Scale Facilitation® from June 2022 to November 2023, including Head of People for Australia and Director of Talent Attraction and Retention, focusing on fostering strategic partnerships in innovation. Prior to this, Jessica was the People and Culture Manager at Seisma and the Talent Acquisition Lead at MetaPM. Additional experience includes roles at The Finn Group International as a Franchisee Recruitment Consultant and various positions at UXC Professional Solutions, where Jessica was dedicated to employee engagement and workplace culture. Jessica holds a Certificate IV in HR from the Australian Human Resources Institute.
