Lauren Alexander

Lauren Alexander has over a decade of experience in various management and specialist roles within the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Product Integrity & QA at Hanna Andersson since December 2018, Lauren oversees garment and fabric testing, ensuring compliance with CPSC regulations and managing vendor communication. Prior experience includes roles at Legacy Health as an Intake and Referral Specialist, where Lauren facilitated patient intake processes and coordinated with care teams, and as a Patient Service Representative at Women's Healthcare Associates, where workflow improvements and scheduling efficiencies were implemented. Lauren also has a background in customer service from positions as a Medical Receptionist and Spa Manager, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Portland State University.
