Anthony Delguyd

Anthony Delguyd has over 30 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on corporate real estate services and portfolio management. Anthony served as the Managing Director at Hanna Commercial Real Estate from 2018 to present, where they oversee the company's operations. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President, Corporate Real Estate Services from 2014 to 2018. Anthony also worked as the Director of Real Estate at Pep Boys from 2011 to 2014, where they were responsible for real estate development and management. Before that, they worked as a consultant and as the Director of Real Estate at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for over 20 years. In their role at Goodyear, they developed and implemented a global real estate strategy for a large portfolio of properties. Additionally, they have experience as a Commercial Accounts Manager at Forest City Enterprises, where they negotiated and restructured leases for shopping malls across the United States. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, provided strategic direction, and successfully managed complex real estate portfolios.

Anthony Delguyd obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Cleveland State University, where they studied from 1979 to 1981. Anthony then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Lake Erie College from 1984 to 1986.
