David Mrachko

David Mrachko has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. David is currently serving as the Vice President at Hanna Commercial Real Estate since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at CBRE from 2013 to 2020 in the role of Advisory & Transaction Services. Before that, they were the Leasing Manager at The Snider Company from July 2012 to March 2013. David also worked at Snider-Cannata from August 2009 to June 2012 as the Leasing & Property Manager, where they were responsible for leasing and property management of retail and office properties. David was also the Leasing Manager at the same company from November 2002 to August 2009, overseeing leasing and marketing activities. David started their career as a Para-educator & Substitute Teacher at Rutland City School District from August 1999 to June 2002. David also gained experience as a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson at Cushman & Wakefield from December 1993 to July 1997, where they worked on transactions on behalf of office clients representing both tenants and landlords.

David Mrachko earned a Bachelor of Science degree in HDSP from Northwestern University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and completed the program from 1999 to 2002.
