Dyann Davison, RPA has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Dyann is currently the Senior Vice President at Hanna Commercial Real Estate since 2020. Prior to this, they were the Owner, President, and Broker of Davison & Company, a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in owner and tenant representation, property management, and leasing. Dyann also served as the President of another boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in office and retail leasing. Additionally, Dyann worked as the Sr. Commercial Portfolio Manager at K & D Real Estate Services from 2014 to 2016. Dyann'searlier experience includes serving as the Director of Office Leasing at FOREST CITY ENTERPRISES, INC, where they were responsible for tenant procurement, lease renewals, and redevelopment projects. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Office Leasing and Property Management at Midwestern Land Development, overseeing three office buildings in Cleveland's CBD.

Dyann Davison, RPA, has an education history that includes attending John Carroll University from 1975 to 1977, where they studied real estate. Prior to that, they attended The Ohio State University from 1973 to 1974, focusing on pre-veterinary medicine.

In addition to their educational background, Davison has obtained various certifications. Dyann is a State of Ohio Real Estate Broker, certified by the Ohio Division of Real Estate in 1982. Dyann is also a BOMI Instructor, certified by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. Furthermore, they hold a private aircraft pilot certification from the Faa Flight Standards District. Lastly, Davison has earned the designation of Real Property Administrator from BOMI.
