John Lubinski

John Lubinski is an experienced professional in real estate and business advisory services, currently serving as Vice President at Hanna Business Advisors since November 2022, focusing on buy/sell business advisory services. In addition, John has been involved with Hanna Commercial Real Estate since November 2019, specializing in commercial and industrial real estate sales, leasing, and property management across Northeast Ohio. As President of Geneva Ave Real Estate LLC since February 2002, John oversees a portfolio of commercial, residential, and vacation rental properties in Ohio and South Carolina. John founded County Fire Protection Inc in 1999, transforming the company into a significant player in the industry with over 5000 customers and multiple locations before its sale in 2018. John’s career began at Gastonia Fire & Safety, where management experience was gained from January 1993 to January 1998. John holds a degree from The University of Toledo and is a graduate of Walsh Jesuit High School.
