Matt Rothman is an experienced professional in talent development and retail management, currently serving as the Manager of Early Talent Development at Hannaford Supermarkets since June 2007. In this role, Rothman leads various early talent programs, including Leadership Development Programs and internships, while ensuring their growth and success. Previous positions within Hannaford include Business Process Change Specialist and Team Leader for Retail Communications and Workflow, where Rothman fostered collaboration and communication strategies across the organization. Beginning with a Retail Management Trainee program, Rothman has extensive experience in store management across multiple locations in Central and Southern Maine.
