Mike Vail

Mike Vail has a strong work history in the supermarket industry. Mike started their career at Kash n Karry in 2001 as the Vice President of Merchandising. Mike then moved to Sweetbay Supermarket, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President of Retail Operations, Chief Diversity Officer, and eventually President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2012, they joined Delhaize America as the Chief Supply Chain Officer before becoming President of Hannaford Supermarkets in 2015.

Mike Vail attended Colby College from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administrative Science.
