Harri Vehviläinen

Harri Vehviläinen is a Specialist Partner and Counsel at Hannes Snellman since August 2016, with a focus on tax structuring for public and private M&A transactions, infrastructure projects, capital markets transactions, financial instruments, private equity, venture capital, and incentive schemes. Prior to this role, Harri served as a Senior Associate at Hannes Snellman, contributing similarly to the firm's tax practice. Harri's experience includes positions at KPMG Oy Ab, where roles ranged from Senior Tax Advisor to Manager in M&A Tax, alongside earlier experience as a Tax Trainee at PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy. Harri holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Helsinki.
