Heikki Majamaa

Heikki Majamaa is a Specialist Partner at Hannes Snellman, where experience includes advising clients in financing transactions with a focus on debt and security arrangements since December 2007. Prior roles encompass Counsel and Senior Associate positions in Finance, as well as serving as Legal Counsel on secondment at Nordea Bank Finland Plc in early 2015. Heikki also trained at Tuusula District Court, receiving the title of "varatuomari" in December 2007. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki and completion of the Finnish Bar Association's bar examination.
