Johan Kontio

Johan Kontio is currently an Associate in Private Equity at Hannes Snellman, a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Trainee in Private Equity & Venture Capital at Castrén & Snellman and as an Associate Trainee in M&A at HPP Attorneys. Johan has also worked as a Legal Advisor at Suomen Yrittäjät ry, a Debt Collection Advisor at Svea Finland, and a Credit Management Advisor at Sergel Group. Johan Kontio holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Turku and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the same institution, along with education at Durham University and a Matriculation examination from Lahden lyseo.
