Mikael Wood

Mikael Wood is an Associate Lawyer at Hannes Snellman, specializing in real estate transactions, development projects, and general commercial, corporate, and contract law since May 2021. Prior to this role, Mikael gained experience as a Data Privacy Intern at Philips, where support was provided to the Privacy team on GDPR compliance, and as a Legal Trainee at the Council of the European Union, assisting in institutional matters and legal research. Earlier internships included work at BG & Partners focusing on European Law and Private International Law, as well as a range of roles in fundraising and sales. Mikael holds a Master's degree in Law from the Finnish National Agency for Education, a Master of Laws in Energy and Environmental Law from the University of Aberdeen, and a Bachelor of Laws from The Hague University.
