Sini Asikainen

Sini Asikainen has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR at Hannes Snellman since October 2002. Prior roles at the same organization include HR Manager, HR for Recruitment and Well-being, HR Coordinator, and HR Assistant. Sini's career began at IGF Improvement Group Finland Oy as a Koulutus-ja henkilöstövalinta-assistentti from November 2000 to October 2002. Sini holds a Master of Social Sciences in Social Policy and Sociology from the University of Tampere, completed between 1995 and 2001, as well as a Well-being at Work Coach certification from the same institution in 2016. Additional educational credentials include studies at The University of Salford and Svenska Folkakademin, alongside a secondary education from Porin Suomalaisen Yhteislyseon Lukio.
