Claas Benk

Claas Benk is an experienced athletic trainer and educator with a diverse background in sports and fitness. Currently serving as Athletiktrainer for both the U16 and U17 teams at Hannover 96 since June 2022, Claas also holds positions as a lecturer in fitness trainer education at Akademie für Sport und Gesundheit - Dr. Bergmann GmbH and SAFS & BETA KG. As the owner of GRAVITY Hannover, Claas specializes in functional training. Previous roles include teaching sports and movement at Birkenhof Bildungszentrum and serving as Athletiktrainer at TSV Havelse. With a degree in Diplom-Sportlehrer from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, Claas Benk offers an 8-week program through Claas Benk Athletics designed to enhance performance, strength, and mobility for professionals seeking greater energy in their daily lives.
