Fabian Chan

Fabian Chan is an experienced professional in the fields of data analytics and software engineering, currently serving as the Head of Analytical Services for South and South East Asia at Hannover Re since January 2019. Prior to this role, Fabian worked at SEEK as a Data Scientist, leading a team focused on leveraging data, AI, and machine learning to enhance job matching. Fabian's earlier experience includes teaching IT subjects at INTI Education Group, where responsibilities included lecturing, system analysis, and user training. Additionally, Fabian has held software engineering positions at Core99 and Digital Heritage Sdn Bhd, contributing to database design, system analysis, and adhering to international standards in project work. Fabian holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universiti Malaysia Sabah.
