Paul Grace

Paul Grace is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational risk management, internal audit, and compliance. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Operational Risk Management & Compliance at Hannover Re since September 2010, Paul is responsible for the development and strategic design of the ORM function, aligning it with corporate goals and regulatory requirements. Prior roles include Audit Manager for the Health and Special Risk Business Unit within Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America, where Paul oversaw audits to enhance client value. Earlier experience includes positions at Protiviti as Manager of Internal Audit, establishing the Audit Services Department at Hannover Life Re, and serving as an Internal Audit Consultant at KPMG, among other roles. Paul holds a BBA in Accounting from Millsaps College.
