Swathi B is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President Engineering at Hannover Re since March 2022, Swathi oversees the technical design and functionality of IT Reflex Underwriting Solutions while ensuring client needs are met through collaboration with the Partnership Solutions Group. Prior roles include Software Engineering Manager at Cognizant, where Swathi led the migration of critical batch jobs to Google Cloud Platform, and Lead Software Engineer at Secureworks, providing security solutions through REST-API services. Swathi's earlier experience includes significant positions at The MathWorks, InfoMedics, Verizon, and BPL Global, with a strong focus on Java and related technologies. Swathi holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
