Vanessa M. Goebel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and organizational coaching. Currently serving as People Manager in Global IT at Hannover Rück-Gruppe since May 2023, Vanessa is adept in agile software development and leadership within self-organized teams. Previous roles include Organizational Coach at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, where expertise in agility and transformation was leveraged, and various positions in project management and client services, specifically related to the consumer products sector.
