Prof. Dr. Andreas Otterbach

Prof. Dr. Andreas Otterbach is a seasoned management and career consultant with extensive experience in leadership, team, and organizational development. Currently serving as a trainer, executive coach, mentor, moderator, and speaker at otterbach consulting since 2022, as well as a seminar leader at VHW Bundesverband Wohnen und Stadtentwicklung since September 2021, Otterbach also moderates for Co-Create GmbH and conducts seminars for the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung. Since March 2011, Otterbach has been a professor at Stuttgart Media University, specializing in Business Administration, Finance, Corporate Analysis, Management, Leadership, and Information Management. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Kaufmann and a PhD equivalent from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, along with certifications in banking and executive coaching.
