Prior to joining FPM, Kile was the Director of Operations for 1iota Productions in Los Angeles. He specialized in audience recruitment and casting for television shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live, the MTV Video Music Awards and Red Carpet productions at the Academy Awards. Kile progressed into a leadership role with the firm where he gained extensive experience in the assessment, recruitment and development of team members.

Kile earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management with a dual concentration in marketing and operations.

He enjoys the education achieved through occasional DIY home projects mishaps and the frequent ribbing of his colleagues. As a perpetual competitor and avid runner, Kile actively participates in running events that support charitable organizations.
