Herbert Hoeplinger

Herbert Hoeplinger is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in cost planning and budget management. Currently serving as the Director of Cost Planning/Budget & Special Projects at Hanon Systems since September 2018, Herbert leads Target Costing and Business Intelligence initiatives while coordinating global cost reduction strategies. Herbert has held various senior roles, including Managing Director with responsibility for financial oversight in Germany and Bulgaria, and previously as Product Group Controller managing global financials for eight production plants with significant revenue. Herbert's extensive tenure at MAGNA Powertrain / Engineering Center Steyr GmbH & Co KG included roles as Director Global Cost Planning and Division Controller, demonstrating expertise in global quote calculations, cost modeling, and finance management. Herbert holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universität Innsbruck and has a High School Diploma in Business/Commerce from Bundeshandelsakademie Bad Ischl.
