Kenya Shujaa

Kenya Shujaa is a seasoned researcher and leader in qualitative methodology, currently serving as the Director of Qualitative Research in K-12 Education at Hanover Research since April 2020. With an extensive background in qualitative research, Kenya has successfully managed teams to address complex issues in public and independent school districts, while developing protocols and research products to enhance project delivery. Experience includes roles such as Senior Research Consultant and Research Consultant at Hanover, as well as editing and publication support positions in various organizations, including University Proofreading and Enago. Kenya's academic credentials include a PhD candidacy in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Anthropology from Howard University.
