Daniel Sonnabend has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Daniel started their career as a Summer Analyst at PMZ Realty Capital in 2012, followed by a role as a Summer Analyst at Assured Guaranty in 2014. In 2015, they worked at Deutsche Bank/Hanover Street Capital as a Summer Analyst, gaining experience in underwriting loan portfolios and creating credit reports. From 2016 onwards, they joined Hanover Street Capital, starting as an Analyst in the Real Estate Special Situations Group and later progressing to an Associate role. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President in the same group. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated skills in underwriting, financial analysis, and project management.
