Jennifer Jones has a strong background in asset management and loan analysis within the real estate industry. Jennifer began their career as a Senior Asset Manager at Legg Mason Real Estate Services in 1987, where they worked until 1995. Jennifer then moved to GE Capital Real Estate, where they held the role of Senior Asset Manager for 20 years, managing a diverse portfolio of properties. In 2015, Jones joined Morningstar Credit Ratings as a CMBS Senior Loan Analyst/Vice President, where they critically analyzed credit risk and performed underwriting analysis.
