Msre Sharon Khurdan

Sharon Khurdan, MSRE has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Sharon started their career in 1999 as a CRE Analyst at treeSoft, a commercial real estate software and consulting company. Sharon later took on the role of Project Financial Analyst at TREE Software & Consulting, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. In 2005, they joined Trinity Church Real Estate as a CRE Financial Analyst, where they stayed until 2009. During this time, Sharon also served as President-Elect and Board Member at NYcrew, the New York Chapter of CREW. In 2009, they became Assistant Vice President, Asset Management at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Sharon then became 2010 President / Chairman of the Board of Directors at CREW NY. Sharon'smost recent role is Vice President Financial Services at Hanover Street Capital, starting from 2012. Overall, Sharon Khurdan has consistently built their expertise and leadership in the real estate industry through various roles in different organizations.

Sharon Khurdan holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate Finance & Investments from New York University. Sharon obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University. Additionally, they have a Certification in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a 500-Hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) qualification in Vinyasa yoga from YogaFit Worldwide.
