Thomas Tate

Thomas Tate has a strong background in real estate asset management and investment. Thomas has held various high-level roles throughout their career, including Vice President at Hanover Street Capital, LLC and Keystone Property Group. At Keystone Property Group, they oversaw a portfolio of value-add office properties and developed strategies to improve operating efficiencies and increase property cash flow. Prior to that, Thomas worked as a Real Estate Manager at UHS, where they directed corporate real estate activities and conducted due diligence for corporate acquisitions. Thomas also has experience in mortgage loan origination and portfolio management. Overall, Thomas Tate has extensive knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry.
