Hanover Township
Eileen Ruttenberg has a diverse background in administrative roles and volunteer work. Since October 2016, Eileen has been a volunteer for Hanover Township and has also been with FETCHING TAILS FOUNDATION since July 2016. Prior to this, Eileen worked at Mondelez International as a Region Administrative Coordinator from December 2003 to June 2016 and served as an Administrative Assistant at Nabisco Biscuit Company from 1979 to 2000. Eileen holds a diploma in General studies from Notre Dame High School for Girls, where education was completed between 1969 and 1973.

Hanover Township serves over 105,000 residents in the Cook County communities of Streamwood, Elgin, Bartlett, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates, Schaumburg, and the unincorporated areas. Hanover Township's borders are I-90 to the north, Barrington Road to the east, the Cook-DuPage border to the south and the Cook-Kane border to the west.
