Katarzyna Bednarek

Katarzyna Bednarek is a seasoned professional in quality management and environmental oversight, currently serving as General Manager at Hans Aa since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing company operations, strategy execution, and risk analysis. Previously, Katarzyna held the position of Quality & Environmental Director, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. With extensive experience in managing quality systems and teams across multiple organizations, including roles as Quality Manager at Interak Printing House and Quality Control Specialist at various companies, Katarzyna has developed a strong expertise in process optimization and human resource management. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management from Poznan School of Logistics and a Master’s degree in Quality Management from Poznan University of Technology.
