Mark Bosman

Mark Bosman currently serves as the Forest Manager at EcoPlanet Bamboo, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Mark was the Business Owner of ST&E Pty Ltd from August 2019 to January 2022, focusing on empowering small-scale forestry contractors. Mark's extensive experience in the forestry industry includes a decade at Sappi, where various project management roles involved coordinating timber supply, managing contracts, and providing technical advice on silviculture and harvesting. Earlier career experiences included roles as Harvesting Forester and Management Forester at Sappi and Komatiland Forests (Pty) Ltd, where Mark managed harvesting operations and semi-mechanical thinning. Mark's educational background encompasses a B-Tech degree in Forestry from Nelson Mandela University, an Advanced Management Diploma from MANCOSA, and a Management Development Program from Stellenbosch University, among others.
