Michał Zawadzki

Michał Zawadzki has extensive experience in the design and development of footwear. Michał is currently working as the Chief Product Designer at Hans-Mill Corp since June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Co-Owner at Aneks LLC from August 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining Aneks LLC, Michał held the position of Senior Design Director at Belle International Holdings Ltd. from July 2018 to January 2020. Michał also served as the Vice President of Product Design & Development and Vice President at Daphne International Holdings Limited from January 2017 to June 2018.

Earlier in their career, Michał worked at White Mountain footwear group as a Design & Development professional from June 2015 to January 2017. Michał also served as the Design & Development Head at Charles & Keith (Singapore) PTE LTD from June 2012 to June 2015. In this role, they managed a team and was responsible for creating and managing brand identities.

Before joining Charles & Keith, Michał worked at Max Group Holdings Ltd. as the Max Creative Studio Head and Project Manager from January 2006 to February 2012. Michał played a key role in setting up a design studio, hiring and training designers, and staying updated with industry trends.

Michał began their career as an Associate Designer at Nine West Footwear from June 2003 to December 2006.

Michał Zawadzki obtained a Bachelor of Industrial Design degree in Automotive Design/ Industrial Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art between 1998 and 2003. Michał also received a BFA in Industrial Design from the same institution during the same period.
