Iréne Hansen

Iréne Hansen has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and consulting. Iréne most recently worked at Hansa Biopharma as a Group Human Resources Manager, where they played a key role in developing innovative treatments for rare immunological conditions. Prior to this, Iréne worked at Klippans kommun as an HR Consultant/HRBP, contributing to the development and well-being of the municipality's staff. Earlier in their career, they worked at the European Spallation Source ERIC, where they held several roles including HR Specialist and HR Assistant & Assistant to Head of HR. Iréne also has experience in the logistics industry, having worked at TNT Express as a Customs Clerk and Customer Service/Supervisor. Additionally, they worked as a Development Consultant at Scouterna and as a Consultant Manager Assistant at Academic Work. Iréne'scareer began at Manpower Sweden, where they worked as a Consultant in customer service and logistics.

In 2010 to 2013, Iréne attended Lund University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics with a major in Business Law/Labor Law.

In 2014, Iréne pursued further studies at Lund University and completed a Master of Science (one year) in Business and Economics with a major in Business Law, focusing on Labor Law.

From 2018 to 2019, Iréne attended the Lund University School of Economics and Management, where they acquired 15 university points in GDPR - Data protection Law - Dataskyddsjuridik.

In 2020, Iréne took a short course in Strategic Human Resource Management at the University of Cape Town.
